Description
This laboratory equipment uses natural convection principles for temperature control and sample heating. Its operation is based on the natural flow of hot air, rather than forced air circulation (such as fans) for heating and temperature distribution.
According to the principle that hot air is less dense than cold air, heated air in the oven rises while cooler air descends. This natural convection creates a vertical cycle that continually transfers heat from the heating elements to all regions inside the oven.
Since the air circulates through natural convection, the temperature gradient inside the oven is usually slightly larger than that of forced convection ovens. This means the top may be slightly warmer than the bottom, as the slow rise of hot air leads to less uniform temperature distribution compared to forced convection ovens.
Used for drying, baking, sterilization, evaporation, heat treatment, aging, and testing.

The durable exterior features a hard, scratch-resistant hammertone coating and a heavy-duty steel double-layer structure. The workspace is insulated from the outer cabinet by a one-inch high-density mineral wool layer, with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel interior.
Equipped with two adjustable stainless steel electro-polished shelves and a tempered glass window.
The control panel includes switches and heating/circulation indicator lights.
