Steps and Attention of Tube Furnace for Heat Treatment Experiment

Clean the surrounding environment of the furnace before using the tube furnace.

Transport the items that need heat treatment to the vicinity of the electric furnace, and place the required tools neatly in the tool box and move them to the electric furnace for easy use.

Set the heating program according to the process requirements, the heating rate shall not be higher than 10 degrees per minute, and the temperature set by the program shall not be higher than the parameter temperature of the electric furnace.

When loading the material, place the material box on the material bowl support, open and take out the sealed end cover at one end of the furnace tube, put it into the material box support with the material box, and then install the sealing end cover on the furnace tube flange and tighten it. After the product heat treatment process is completed, a small amount of process atmosphere should be continued and the temperature should be lowered until the temperature in the furnace is lower than the process requirements, then the sealed end cover of the furnace tube can be opened to take out the product. When taking the product, wait until the furnace temperature is below 100°C. Note: The cooling rate shall not be higher than 15 degrees per minute.
