The 402-AC series thermal aging oven is an upgraded version of the traditional rotary-type thermal aging test oven. It features a double-layer stainless steel inner chamber with hot air circulation, ensuring uniform temperature distribution without the need for a turntable, thereby maximizing effective space utilization. Energy-efficient and highly stable, the unit can accommodate an additional turntable if required. It boasts double-layer seals, a powder-coated exterior, and a secure door lock. Safety vent holes are located at the rear or top of the unit (4AC safety vents are at the top). The high-temperature heating chamber, balanced fan, and LTDE intelligent controller offer programmable control, heating rate control, constant temperature timing, multi-segment heating curves, and automatic shutdown. With a maximum temperature of 500°C, it is ideal for a wide range of aging tests, including plastic products, PTFE, electrical insulation materials, electronic products, electrical components, and precision metal parts. The oven is widely used in universities, research institutes, and industrial enterprises.

High-quality cold-rolled sheet with phosphating and plastic spraying, offering high load-bearing capacity and strong corrosion resistance.

Interior: Double-layer stainless steel with adjustable stainless steel shelves for placing items.

Internal Structure: Equipped with a heating chamber at the bottom. The air inside the chamber is drawn into the heating chamber by a circulating fan, then flows back into the workspace through air ducts, achieving comprehensive three-dimensional heating.

High-density silicon cotton mixed with lightweight fiber cotton ensures the outer shell remains cool.

Stainless steel heating elements are located at the rear lower part of the heating chamber.

Temperature sensors are K-type nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon sensors.

The electrical system includes durable contactors, cooling fans, and solid-state relays.

The temperature controller features multi-segment heating, full-range adjustable constant temperature, constant operation programming, timed start, and storage for up to 50 temperature control programs.

Includes fuses, leakage and electric shock protection switches, over-temperature alarms, and dual-level protection.
