Description
The 8401-1AX features a dual-layer stainless steel chamber with internal hot air circulation, ensuring energy efficiency and high stability. It includes dual sealing, a cold plate with plastic spray coating, and a secure door lock. Safety vents for models 1AX, 2AX, and 3AX are located at the back, while the 4AX vent is on the top. The high-temperature heating chamber is equipped with digital temperature control, programmable settings, and a PID intelligent system. It offers multi-segment heating, constant temperature, and timed start functions, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the workspace.

Structure And Construction
External Material: The 8401-1AX high temperature drying oven's exterior is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, treated with phosphate film and high-temperature spray coating, colored in computer gray.
Chamber Material: The chamber is constructed with stainless steel and features removable stainless steel polished shelves and a tempered glass window.
Insulation Material: High-density silica cotton mixed with lightweight fiber cotton is filled in the interlayers of the front, back, left, right, and top and bottom of the box for insulation.
Sealing Material: The door and chamber adopt a dual-layer sealing structure with high-temperature asbestos rope gaskets to ensure a tight seal. The door is equipped with a locking handle. A safety ventilation hole is located at the back of the unit (the 8401-4AX model has the vent on top).
Temperature Port: A K-type thermocouple sensor enters from the rear of the chamber.
Terminal Posts: The heating element terminal posts are located at the lower rear of the box.
Controller: Located at the bottom of the box, the built-in control system uses compensation wires connected to a PT100 sensor.
Heating Element: Stainless steel electric heater.

Air Circulation System
The circulation fan is positioned within the annular stainless steel heater inside the chamber. The high-temperature drying oven 8401-1AX utilizes a long-shaft fan motor and multi-wing aluminum alloy fan blades, ensuring horizontal convection and diffusion of air within the chamber, maintaining uniform and stable temperatures.
