Description
The PJL-11 degassing furnace is an integrated programmable high-temperature furnace, suitable for various high-temperature treatment processes. This equipment has a wide temperature range (100~1100℃) and is equipped with an advanced temperature control system and efficient heating elements, ensuring its reliability and stability in various high-temperature applications.
Main Features
Good Sealing Performance: The furnace mouth uses a high-temperature sealing ring, and the furnace door is adjustable.
Unobstructed Exhaust Port: The top of the furnace body is equipped with two adjustable exhaust holes of about 100MM.
Strong Corrosion Resistance: The furnace chamber is lined with silicon carbide furnace plates, and a movable partition can be placed in the middle to divide the chamber into two layers.
Double-Layer Shell: The shell is made of cold plate spray plastic, clean and beautiful, and the insulation layer is made of ceramic fiber cotton.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving: The furnace body uses polycrystalline mullite fiberboard, which is low in heat storage and energy-efficient.
Safety Design: The high-temperature heating wire is built-in, ensuring that it is not visible and not touchable inside the chamber.
The torch of the exhaust combustion device ensures that the remaining flammable or toxic volatiles are controllably converted into non-flammable gases.
An optional condenser collector can be installed to handle binders. During the process, the vaporized binder is cooled and collected in the condenser collector. After the process is completed, the condenser collector can be heated to safely release the liquefied binder.
Operating Instructions
Preheating: Set the required temperature and preheat the furnace chamber.
Load Samples: Place the samples into the furnace chamber, ensuring even distribution.
Set Parameters: Use the controller to set the heating time and constant temperature time.
Start the Furnace: Start the heating program and monitor the temperature changes.
Complete the Process: After the process is completed, wait for the furnace chamber to cool down and remove the samples.
Maintenance
Regularly check the sealing condition of the furnace body.
Clean the inside of the furnace chamber to avoid carbon and oil blockages.
Check the connection status of electrical components to ensure safety.
Regularly calibrate the temperature control system and thermocouples.
