Description
The 1000℃ muffle furnace with brick insulation features a High-alumina refractory brick chamber. The heating elements are embedded within the chamber walls, isolating them from the heating zone. This design prevents sample contamination, powder splatter, gas pollution, and short circuits from metal contact. However, brick-insulated furnaces are heavier and have higher power consumption compared to ceramic fiber muffle furnaces.
