The oven features a sleek design with a plastic-sprayed exterior, and the control system is located at the bottom. It uses a fully automatic programmable instrument that allows control over heating rate, temperature, and multi-segment curves. The PID+SSR system ensures synchronized control, enabling consistency and reproducibility in tests and experiments. The DHG9040HA includes dual-stage over-temperature protection for reliable and safe operation, with optional signal lights indicating heating status. The stainless steel heater at the bottom releases heat through three air ducts, circulating hot air effectively for even temperature distribution.
