Description

 

This benchtop forced air drying oven features an intelligent control system with a precision of ±1°C. It includes a microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, allowing working times to be set from 1 to 9999 minutes. The PID auto-tuning function ensures high temperature control accuracy. It is equipped with a double-layer tempered glass observation window, adjustable air inlet and outlet, mirror stainless steel interior, and a timing control function. The outer shell is insulated with fiberglass wool and coated with cold-rolled steel.

 

Widely used in biochemistry, agricultural research, environmental protection, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, healthcare, food, and machinery fields. Applications include drying glassware, thermal denaturation and hardening of samples, removal of residual moisture, dry heat sterilization of microbiological glassware, preheating before heating experiments, hardening or softening of food and chemicals during heating, moisture removal to extend food preservation under harsh conditions, and drying and heat resistance testing of building materials and electronic components. It is also commonly used in industrial and mining enterprises for drying various materials.

 

Structure and Materials

 

Exterior Material: The exterior is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel, treated with phosphoric acid film and salt, and finished with high-temperature spraying. The color is blue door with white body.

Interior Material: The working chamber is made of mirror stainless steel with removable polished stainless steel shelves and a tempered glass observation window.

Internal Structure: Designed with a rational air duct structure, micro-airflow circulation, and forced air circulation by fan, ensuring three-dimensional heating for excellent temperature uniformity. The chamber has a unique clean geometric design.

Insulation Material: High-density fiberglass wool is filled in the interlayers of the front, rear, left, right, top, and bottom of the cabinet for thermal insulation.

Sealing Method: The door and chamber use high-expansion silicone rubber seals to ensure airtightness. The inner panel of the door is made of stainless steel. The door features a double-layer tempered glass observation window for transparent insulation, allowing observation of sample changes inside the chamber. The back of the cabinet is equipped with an intake and a safety ventilation hole, with adjustable vents controlled by a panel knob.

Temperature Measurement: PT100 sensor enters from the back of the cabinet.

Terminal Post: Heating element terminals are located at the lower back of the cabinet.

Controller: Located on the left side of the cabinet, with a built-in control system.

Heating Element: Stainless steel heater.

 

Temperature Control & Heating

 

Customizable programming, microcomputer intelligent temperature controller, working time adjustable from 1 to 9999 minutes, with PID auto-tuning function, ensuring high precision temperature control.

High-response PT100 sensor and environmental scanning microprocessor chip provide high-precision, intelligent temperature control.

Built-in temperature calibrator to adjust minor temperature discrepancies. Automatic alarm for deviations from set temperature, with heater malfunction automatic power-off protection.

Power failure recovery feature, with parameter memory function to avoid cumbersome settings. Automatic stop, timed operation, power recovery, parameter memory, password protection, and temperature display calibration.

Timer setting from 1 to 9999 minutes, automatically shuts down at the end of the timer. Clear display of set temperature, actual temperature, and timer. Modular design for upper limit temperature tracking, with audio-visual alarm and automatic heating cut-off when actual temperature deviates beyond the allowed range.

Stainless steel heaters located at the back of the chamber, controlled by the PT100 sensor response system.

Heating output power regulated by microcomputer intelligent instrument's internal microcomputer calculations.

 

Air Circulation System

 

Circulation fan located between the stainless steel heaters at the back of the chamber.

Long-shaft fan motor with multi-wing aluminum alloy fan blades for horizontal air convection and arc-shaped circulation, ensuring uniform and stable temperature within the chamber.

 

Safety Protection

 

Fuse-type protector.

Over-temperature protector for the chamber, sensor fault alarm, and upper limit over-temperature alarm.

Overcurrent protection for the fan.
