Description

 

Inert gas ovens are typically used as nitrogen-filled ovens. The nitrogen-filled oven or Inert gas can directly introduce inert gases such as nitrogen or argon, ensuring that high-temperature heating of workpieces does not cause oxidation or decarburization. It is widely used in precision engineering, machinery, electronics, electrical appliances, chemicals, and environmental protection industries.

The inert gas features a mirror-finished stainless steel interior and an intelligent PID temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1°C. It includes a timer function and over-temperature alarm. The lower right side of the oven is equipped with a specially designed dual-head intake valve, allowing the introduction of nitrogen or other inert gases, and if needed, a mixture of two inert gases. It also comes with a gas flow meter for monitoring and controlling gas flow. The upper left side has a single-head exhaust valve for controlling gas discharge.

PT100 sensor and environmental scanning microprocessor chip ensure high-precision, high-intelligence temperature control.

Built-in temperature calibrator to adjust minor temperature deviations. Automatic alarm for deviations from set temperature, and heater malfunction automatic power cut-off protection.

Power failure recovery function: When external power is restored, the equipment can quickly maintain a constant temperature according to the original set program. It features parameter memory to avoid cumbersome settings, with capabilities for automatic stop, timed operation, power recovery, parameter memory, parameter password protection, and temperature display calibration.

Timer function: The maximum setting is 9999 minutes. The set display window closes automatically at the end of the timed period. (Timer starts when the temperature is reached, and the oven shuts down automatically when the time is up.)

The exterior is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel treated with a phosphate film and high-temperature electrostatic spraying, featuring a blue door and white body.

The chamber is constructed with a mirror-finished stainless steel interior, equipped with removable stainless steel electro-polished shelves and a tempered glass window.

Internal Structure: Designed with a rational air duct structure and gentle air circulation, featuring forced fan circulation for comprehensive, three-dimensional heating. Ensures uniform temperature distribution. Unique geometric cavity design for cleanliness, and adjustable shelving to meet user needs.

Insulation Material: High-density fiberglass cotton fills the insulation layers in all directions for optimal thermal insulation.

Sealing Method: Equipped with high-temperature resistant, highly elastic silicone rubber seals for the door and chamber to ensure airtightness. The inner door panel is made of stainless steel. The door features a double-layer tempered glass observation window for clear, heat-insulated observation of internal samples. A safety vent is located at the back of the chamber.

Stainless steel heater located at the rear of the chamber, controlled by a PT100 sensor response system.

Heater output power is uniformly controlled by an automatic microcomputer calculation system within the instrument.

Circulation fan located within the rear stainless steel heater of the chamber.

Long-shaft fan motor with multi-wing aluminum alloy blades ensures horizontal air convection and diffusion, maintaining uniform and stable temperature.

Fuse protection.

Workspace over-temperature protector, with sensor failure alarm and upper limit over-temperature alarm.
