1. No heating
There are many reasons why the vacuum atmosphere furnace does not heat up, if we meet this problem, we must check and exclude one by one.
(1) Check the relay
First check whether the relay responsible for heating in the control box is in the suction state, if not, it is necessary to check whether the line and relay are faulty, if the suction is normal, there may be a problem with the thermometer in the drying tower, resulting in abnormal temperature display.
(2) Check the electric furnace wire
Check whether the electric furnace wire is faulty. If the electric furnace wire is faulty or short circuit, the power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, and the ammeter does not show. You can use a multimeter to check, if you need to replace it, pay attention to choose the same specification of electric furnace wire.
(3) Check the heating element
If the heating element is faulty, you can check the resistance value, voltage regulator, and secondary voltage one by one. If you confirm that the heating element is faulty, you can contact the manufacturer to replace it.
2. It doesn't work
Generally, if the vacuum atmosphere furnace suddenly does not operate, it is mostly caused by line failure, component problems, and more scale. If it is a line or parts fault, it must be checked and replaced in time. For the place where the inner wall buildup caused by not cleaning for a long time is thicker, the ventilation cross-section area is reduced, the resistance of the air flow is increased, and the flue gas flow rate in the place with less scale is accelerated, resulting in forced shutdown, so it is necessary to clean the atmosphere furnace regularly.
3. Slow heating
If the temperature change of the vacuum atmosphere furnace does not reach the test temperature value, you can check the electrical system and eliminate the fault one by one. If the temperature rises slowly, you can check the wind circulation system to confirm whether the regulating baffle of the wind circulation system is open normally, and whether the motor of the system is operating normally. If the temperature overshoot is severe, it is necessary to adjust the PID setting parameters, if the temperature directly rises, overtemperature protection, then the controller fails and a new control instrument needs to be replaced.
4. Fault alarm
When the vacuum atmosphere furnace suddenly fails during the test operation, the corresponding fault display prompt and alarm will appear on the control instrument. The staff can confirm which type of fault belongs to according to the display prompt, and ask the special after-sales personnel to quickly troubleshoot the fault in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
5, low temperature is not up to standard
If the low temperature is not up to standard, first observe the temperature change, whether the temperature drops very slowly or has a trend of rising after reaching a certain value. If the temperature drops very slowly, it is necessary to check whether the equipment dries the studio before doing the low temperature test, and then put the test sample into the studio for testing. Then check whether the samples in the studio are placed too much, resulting in insufficient circulation of the wind, if there is no problem with the above, it is necessary to consider whether the refrigeration system is faulty, you can ask the manufacturer's after-sales maintenance.
