Before use, please read the product manual carefully.

Before closing the door, a furnace plug must be placed at the entrance of the furnace.

Flammable and explosive materials are strictly prohibited from being placed inside the furnace.

Corrosive substances or liquids shall not be placed inside the furnace.

Before heating up, it is necessary to evacuate or fill with inert gas.

The temperature should be raised in an inert atmosphere or vacuum state.

If there is no need for inert atmosphere or non vacuum heating in special circumstances, please open the valve.

Method of filling inert gas: Place the sample in the furnace, plug the furnace, and close the door. Equipped with a vacuum pump, the air inside the furnace can be extracted in 2-3 times. When the vacuum pressure gauge pointer reaches its limit, the exhaust valve is closed and the inlet is filled with inert gas.

A vacuum (atmosphere) furnace is a non pressure vessel used for negative pressure or atmospheric pressure.

When the pressure inside the furnace is greater than the positive pressure of 0.15MPa during the heating process, the exhaust valve should be opened to release the pressure (pay attention to the hot gas inside the furnace when opening the valve).
