Description
The 1200℃ atmosphere protection box furnace adopts Q235 high-quality low-carbon steel shell, plus a double-layer shell design to ensure safe use. The shell is made of high-temperature spraying after phosphating film salt treatment, and has excellent high-temperature resistance. The liner is made of 1300-degree high-temperature resistant ceramic fiber and is equipped with high-quality environmentally friendly insulation materials. The heating element is exposed and embedded in the vacuum-formed fiber, evenly distributed on the four walls of the furnace chamber to achieve ultra-fast heating. The equipment is equipped with a left-opening furnace door, a gas flow meter, adjustable air inlet and exhaust valves, a hydraulic gauge for measuring the pressure in the furnace chamber, and a water-cooled sealed door that requires a self-provided water circulation system (please consult our company). The application of microprocessor temperature controller and ceramic base plate ensures the efficient operation of the equipment.
