Description
The integrated programmable high-temperature furnace SXC-3-10, also known as an integrated programmable box furnace or integrated programmable muffle furnace, uses a ceramic fiber chamber and high-temperature heating elements. It is energy-efficient, consuming only one-third of the energy of ordinary programmable high-temperature furnaces and heats up quickly. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel with a powder-coated finish, making it lightweight and only one-fifth the weight of ordinary high-temperature furnaces. The SXC-3-10 control system uses an LTDE programmable instrument with automatic multi-segment temperature control, PID+SSR system synchronously coordinated control to ensure consistency and reproducibility of tests or experiments. The furnace has automatic temperature control and timing functions, and includes a secondary over-temperature protection feature, making it reliable and safe to use. The control unit is located at the bottom of the furnace, integrated into the design, with electrical connections completed before leaving the factory, ready for use upon power-up.
